If you have ever attended a Polar Bear Swim you have met a person like this; they stand out on purpose. The difference here being that my thought process involved the idea that people accept it as a man in a costume, a mascot for the madcap idea of jumping into freezing water, but what if it were real? What if the event was popular enough to entice one of my beloved icons to join in.
